Join the excitement of Men's League Night every Wednesday all summer long!
This fun-filled public event features a season-long team golf competition, with net handicap scoring that allows golfers of all skill levels to shine. Men’s tee times are reserved from 2:30 PM to 6 PM, but you’re welcome to play earlier if it suits your schedule. Compete for exciting prizes throughout the season, culminating in a grand finale Closing event with a banquet dinner and well-deserved awards.

1. COMMITMENT – ALL golfers must be committed to the League by April 23, to participate. This is an important date, as we will be having our Opening Scramble on May 4th and the LIVE draft on Wednesday, May 7th.
2. LEAGUE REGISTRATION FEE = $110 per player.
(After April 23rd, add $25 for late registration fee)
2.1 The League Fee Payment includes:
2.1.1. $1.00 / week will be allocated to the weekly team game,
2.1.2. $1.00 / week will be allocated to the weekly Hole Contests.
2.1.2. $1.00 / week will be allocated to the regular season “Skins Game”
2.1.3. $3.00 / week will be put towards the final banquet dinner, tournament prizes.
2.1.4. Final banquet dinner will be a PRIME RIB DINNER!
2.1.5. If you are unable to attend the dinner, you will receive $20 in Loyalty points for use (Refer to WTG Loyal Rewards on website).
3. LEAGUE MEMBER GREEN FEES:
3.1. League members – Weekly Green and Cart Fees are 10% off!
3.2 OR choose WTG’s 18-week League Play Pass – Includes 18 rounds of 9 holes of golf for one low price of $450! See details on www.willowtreegolf.store packages.
3.3. Additionally, as a WTG League player, you save 10% off all our rates whenever you play. (except outside tournaments you may be part of and online specials).
3.4. Willow Tree Members (Full or Restricted) – Pay no green fees, this is a special offer extended for 2025!
4. TEAMS – we will do a live draft this year.
4.1. Captains– Four to Six (4-6) captains will be chosen prior to the draft on May 8th.
4.2. Draft Format– Captains will pick their team using a snake-draft format.
4.3. The order in which captains will draft will be determined by picking numbers out of a hat.
5. PARTICIPATION POINTS – are not awarded.
6. HANDICAPS - All scores are entered on SMART golf software by Pro Shop Staff.
6.1. League Handicaps will be based on League scores only. If you are new to league, or haven’t registered leagues scores in 2024, players require a minimum of 2 scores to begin establishing a handicap and then you will be eligible to weekly net score prizes.
6.2. For players that do not have a handicap 2024, May 7th score will be used, along with may 14th first skin or team scoring to create a handicap. Handicap may be adjusted, and prizes revoked upon review.
6.3. (Equitable Scoring (max double net bogey) in place. Add your true score, smart Golf use Equitable Scoring max double net bogey.
6.4. Gimme - Within 1 Foot
7. NET SKINS GAME – Skins divisions will be determined by the player’s handicap from the WHITE tee block. Skins will run from May 14th for 17 weeks.
7.1. Skin divisions will be split up by handicap ranges (2-3), with an attempt to make the divisions even at the start of the year.
7.2. Handicap brackets will be determined once the final number of Men's league participants has been tallied and the handicaps have been established.
7.3. The handicap brackets made at the start of the season will stay the same throughout the entire season, unless required otherwise.
7.4. The Skins Game will be applicable for Wednesday rounds only. EXCEPTION: If WTGML extends play for any reason past Wednesday, all scores submitted on those days will be eligible to win skins.
7.5. Skins will begin on May 14th , see handicap rule.
8. HOLE CONTESTS – All players, tee off white tees for season.
8.1. The hole contests will be applicable for All Wednesday rounds starting May 7th.
8.2. EXCEPTION: If WTGML extends play for any reason past Wednesday, the Golf ProShop will decide on which day(s) the hole contests will be applicable.
9. REGULAR SEASON SCORING – there will be three (2-3) head-to-head team matchups each week.
9.1. Team Weekly Scoring will start May 14th. , For 17 weeks.
9.2. The number of individual net scores that will contribute to the overall team score will be approx. 60% of the team. This number will be confirmed after draft and be fixed for entire season.
9.3. Regular season points will be distributed as follows, each week:
Win = 10 pts. | Tie = 5 pts. | Loss = 0 pts.
9.4 Top 1st and 2nd team Prizes will be awarded based on scores up to, but not including the Year end scramble.
9.5 Tie will be awarded to the head-to-head win.
10. YEAR END SCORING SCRAMBLE TITLE & SCORING - All teams will have an equal chance at capturing the Year End Championship Title, all teams will compete against each other (no head-to-head).
10.1. The Year end scramble will consist of SCORING BOTH BACK AND FRONT 9 FOR 2 ROUNDS OF 9 HOLES. Points will be distributed like regular season, and upon a tie there will be Co Winners!
11. “GIMME” RULE – Due to pace of play, gimmes will be allowed, BUT only if it is within ONE FOOT of the hole.
11.1. Be honest, and self police while on the course. Anyone caught not following this rule will have their score eliminated for the given week.
12.0 BANKED SCORES – are permitted up to a maximum of five (4) banked scores per year, and please note the following:
12.1. Banked scores will be entered and count towards the total score for their team.
12.2. Banked scores will not be eligible for the skins game. If you are banking a score, you MUST tell the Golf Shop that you will be banking a score before you go out on the course. You MUST also identify which week you are banking the score for.
12.3. Banked scores will be recorded on a MARKED score card given out by the golf shop. This will help differentiate between regular and banked scores.
13. MEN’S LEAGUE SCHEDULE – League will commence May 7th and extend 18 weeks of play, ending in September. In the event of Course closure, League end date may be pushed back up to 2 weeks in September, ending no later than Sept 17th.
14. FOOD & BEER SPECIALS–will be available throughout the season.
14.1. Food Specials– A variety of “pub style” meals will be offered over the 20 weeks of Men’s League.
14.2. Beer Specials – Power House and stone picker - ‘3-Packs’ as low as $20.
15. FRONT 9/BACK9ROTATION – the Men's league will continue to alternate between the front and back nine, each week (so long as it does not interfere with the regular scheduled golf course operations). In the event of flooding a modified 9 holes of play may be used, example holes 10,11 – 3 through 9.
16. PROXIMITY MARKERS (Closest to Keg or rope, Closest to Hole, Longest Putt)– will rotate weekly. Check the weekly recap email for winners.
17. MEN’S LEAGUE DRAFT – Book a tee-time between 3-6pm, and then join your fellow captains in the Event room for the LIVE draft Wednesday, May 8th.
17.1.1. Draft starts @ 7:00pm.
17.1.2. Fully serviced ‘The Balcony Food and Drink menu will be available.
18. MEN’S OPENING [Golf + Lunch] – Sign up by contacting Pro Shop. Come out, enjoy a delicious lunch, get to know the other golfers and have a good time! Details are as follows:
18.1. Sunday, May 4th (postpone date May 11)
18.2. Four player team scramble - 18 hole @ 10:00 am
18.3. Lunch @3:00pm
18.4. Awards @ 3:30pm
18.5. Price: $25 (inc. tax + 15% grat.) (Does not include green fees, pay upon arrival).
19. MEN’S CLOSING [Golf + Banquet] – is going better than ever. We will be doing a shotgun start, followed by a prime rib dinner. The prize table will be there, for everyone to claim their outstanding winnings from the season. Details are as follows:
19.1. Sunday, September 20 (Sept 28 rescheduled date)
19.2. Shotgun start @ 10:00am
19.3. Prime Rib Dinner @ 4:00pm
19.4. Prize Table @ 4:30pm (Hole prizes and Team Scoring, see 10.0.
19.5. 50% Off Green Fees for all players that played minimum 13 weeks.
20. MEN’S LEAGUE WINNINGS – all Men's league winnings are to be deposited into the winner’s loyalty account each week.
20.1. Loyalty reward credit points are eligible to be used for golf shop items, green fees, cart fees, food & beverage. Loyalty reward credit points are NOT allowed to be used for league fees, tournament fees, memberships or gift certificates.
20.2. Loyalty reward credit points must be used by June 15, 2026.
