LADIES LEAGUE 2026 Thursdays | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM April 30 – August 27 (18 Weeks)

Join us for the 2026 Ladies League — a fun, social, and competitive golf experience every
Thursday throughout the summer! Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game,
our league offers a welcoming atmosphere, exciting weekly games, and a season-long
team competition.
Reserved tee times are available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, exclusively for league
members.

Season Highlights Include:
• Weekly team and individual competitions
• Exciting prizes awarded throughout the season
• A year-end Closing Event with a banquet dinner and awards ceremony

Registration & Fees
• Registration Deadline: April 1, 2026
A $25 late fee applies after this date.
• Registration Fee: $75 per player
o $50 allocated to the year-end banquet dinner
o $25 allocated to season-long prizes
• Weekly Game Fee (Optional): $10
Participation in weekly games is optional, but only those who pay the fee will be
eligible for weekly prizes. All weekly fees go directly toward weekly game payouts.
The more participants, the bigger the prizes!

Green Fee Discounts
As a registered League player, enjoy 10% off all regular green fee rates,
excluding online specials and outside tournaments.

Smart Golf Platform
We will be using Smart Golf to manage scores, standings, and weekly updates. Be sure
your name and email are entered correctly upon registration to receive:
• Weekly emails with leaderboard updates
• Gross and Net score tracking
• Flight divisions
• Sponsor highlights and prize announcements

Course Rotation
The league will rotate weekly between the front and back nine (subject to course
operations). In the event of course closure (e.g., due to weather), a makeup date will be
scheduled.

League Rules & Guidelines

• Players must play within the official tee times to be eligible for weekly prizes
• Solo play is not permitted unless previously approved. Players must play with at
least one other league participant to ensure score verification

Help us grow the league! Refer a new player and have your name entered to win one of the
following prizes for the 2026 season:
• 2 rounds of 18 holes with cart

Year-End Banquet & Final Round
Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026
• Tee times as desired for a final 18-hole round
• Banquet Dinner & Awards Ceremony: 5:00 PM at the Banquet Center
